Restaurant Server

As a Restaurant Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences within a medium-sized serving team of 4-6 servers. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, you will engage with guests during regular lunch, evening, and weekend shifts to ensure efficient and friendly service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role involves limited physical labor and offers the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Take and accurately record customer orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Assist customers with menu selections and inquiries
• Set up and maintain tables for service
• Process customer payments efficiently
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu
• Perform cleaning duties to ensure a tidy dining area

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in restaurant service
• Proven customer service skills
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong communication abilities
• Effective multitasking in a busy environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Experience in cash handling
