Pay: $22–$25/hr (Weekly Pay)

We’re looking for an experienced Hardscape Team Lead to join our crew and help deliver top-quality outdoor living projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and take pride in high-level workmanship, this is a strong fit.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage a hardscape crew on residential and commercial job sites
Complete projects with precision, safety, and quality craftsmanship
Read plans, set elevations, and ensure proper layout and installation
Maintain clear communication with the project manager, homeowners, and your crew
Track daily progress, ensure materials are staged, and keep the job site organized
Solve problems proactively and keep projects moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
Proven hardscape construction experience (pavers, retaining walls, grading, base prep, etc.)
Ability to manage a team and hold high standards
Strong communication and job-site leadership
Comfort working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly
Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering quality results
