We are looking for an experienced and motivated Car Wash Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily car wash operations and staff scheduling

• Train, motivate, and supervise employees

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

• Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance

• Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally

• Track sales, manage inventory, and meet performance targets

Qualifications:

• Previous management or supervisory experience (preferably in a car wash or automotive environment)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude

• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
