Forklift Warehouse Worker

The Forklift Warehouse Worker plays a critical role in the efficient operation of a small warehouse team, primarily handling retail merchandise. This role involves operating forklifts safely to move inventory, managing stock organization, and assisting with shipping and receiving procedures. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the worker utilizes a digital Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory tracking. No travel is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move and organize inventory safely and efficiently
• Handle inventory using a digital Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Load and unload shipments with care to maintain product quality
• Organize stock to optimize warehouse space and order fulfillment
• Pick orders accurately to meet shipping deadlines
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product integrity

Required Qualifications

• Forklift operator certification

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations
