Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk
Job Description
Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. Your Primary responsibility will be to post payments to accounts receivable, but other accounting & clerical related tasks can also be expected.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately post payments to the correct invoices
- Communicate with customers regarding any discrepancies
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Assist in preparing & processing Accounts Payable
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Pay to be commensurate with experience & expertise.
