Expeditor

The Expeditor plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth flow of operations during busy restaurant shifts, primarily in the dinner service. This position requires a proactive communicator, capable of managing orders efficiently and coordinating with the team to ensure timely food delivery. The role demands weekend availability and bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are essential. Training will be provided, with the potential to earn tips in addition to regular pay.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track customer orders to ensure prompt and accurate delivery
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate timing
• Maintain rhythm and pace of service during busy periods
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance workflow
