Construction Project Manager

Experienced Project Manager needed with exceptional attention to detail and a deep knowledge of residential construction. Our ideal candidate will be able to manage 5-10 projects of varying size. Many small projects such as client facing kitchen and bath remodels as well as larger addition or new construction projects. The Project Manager will have an Assistant Project Manager who reports directly to them and wil assist with each of their projects in varying capacity. There is significant room for growth and applicants should possess a deep passion for construction. Interest in real estate development is a huge plus. There will be a behavioral interview as well as a technical interview around building knowledge. Saturday work may be needed at times to keep up with project scheduling and budgeting.

Candidates must possess these skills:

• Interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
• A working understanding of Microsoft Excel - the more experience, the better
• Experienced in reading blueprints, managing schedules, project budgets, and client interaction
• Fluent in Spanish
• Demonstrable experience in residential construction understanding production and sequencing of trades
• Basic working knowledge of residential building codes
• Ability to lead a team
• Ability to follow and iterate upon exisitng standard operating procedures
• Ability to create and implement new processes around field production as needed (very collaborative)
• Network of subcontractors who you've previously worked with
