What You’ll Do

• Process AR and collections activities
• Post, match, and record customer payments
• Review balances and resolve discrepancies
• Contact customers regarding payments and follow‐ups
• Maintain accurate AR records and data entry
• Support general administrative tasks as needed

What You Bring

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong QuickBooks Enterprise experience
• Experience with reconciliations and billing processes
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a fast‐paced environment
• Professional, organized, and self‐motivated
• High school diploma required
