Registered Nurses

Registered Nurses in home health care provide critical nursing services, working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. They are responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and educating patients to support their health and recovery in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications accurately and safely
• Provide patient education on health management and care plans
• Deliver wound care and manage infection control practices
• Document patient care activities and health status in Electronic Health Records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Respond promptly to emergency situations in home settings

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of nursing experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in patient care and medication administration
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage time efficiently
