Quality Inspector

As a Quality Inspector, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet both customer expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products
• Perform detailed inspections of PCB assemblies (PCBAs) using magnification
• Verify product conformance using measurement tools and test equipment
• Operate Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment
• Identify electronic components and ensure proper placement and quality
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards
• Document inspection results and report non-conformances
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in electronics manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with fine components
• Ability to distinguish colors and fine circuit detail
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience inspecting PCB assemblies (highly preferred)
• Familiarity with IPC standards (a plus)
