Job Description
Position: Route Technician Schedule: 30–40 hrs/week peak season; reduced off-season. Location: Almont, MI Summary: Responsible for servicing, delivering, and picking up portable restroom units. Critical role in removing owner from truck and enabling growth. Primary Responsibilities: - Weekly service (cleaning, pumping, restocking) - Deliver & pick up units with truck/trailer - Document service in ServiceCore - Maintain equipment - Perform basic inspections - Restock supplies Requirements: - Clean driving record - Ability to tow a trailer - Lift 50–75 lbs - Works independently - Reliable and punctual - Comfortable outdoors in all weather Preferred Experience: - Delivery, landscaping, sanitation, or construction - Trailer towing - Mechanical ability Traits: - Responsible - Organized - Strong work ethic - Good communicator Updated Hours: - Route Tech: 30–40 hrs/week peak season - Owner: ~20 hrs/week Advancement: - Full-time tech - Lead tech - Ops assistant - Multi-route supervisor
