Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

We’re a startup with a fast growing e-commerce business, a retail store, and a rapidly expanding presence on TikTok Shop. Our live streams are equal parts shopping event, style session, and group chat. We're looking for a charismatic host who can turn scrolling into shopping and first-time viewers into loyal customers.

We are actively seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to receive shipments, organize inventory and pack outgoing shipments.

Order Fulfilment:

• Accurately pick items according to pick lists and packing slips.
• Pack orders securely and neatly following packaging guidelines.
• Label and stage shipments for pickup or delivery.

Inventory Management:

• Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and product locations.

Quality Control:

• Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
• Report any quality issues or inventory inaccuracies to supervisors.

Warehouse Organization:

• Keep the fulfilment area clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow warehouse safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Technology & Systems:

• Use warehouse software to track inventory and fulfill orders.
• Update order status in the fulfilment system as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy boxes up to 50 pounds
• Walk up to 2 miles per shift
• Shopify experience a plus
• Great time management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
