Responsibilities
- Operate a tow truck safely and efficiently
- Respond promptly to dispatch calls for towing, recovery, or roadside assistance
- Handle vehicles with care and professionalism
- Complete all required paperwork and digital reports accurately
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement when needed
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning tow truck
- Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policie
Requirements
- Valid Chauffer Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Must be able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, and holidays if required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and secure vehicles safely
