Provider/In Home Caregiver

We are seeking a Provider/In Home Caregiver to become a part of our team! Duties of a Provider include, but not limited to: skills in personal care of bed-bound and non-bed bound clients to assist with activities of daily living.

As well as:

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients, laundry, light housekeeping and occasional meal prep
• Provide specialized healthcare such as medication reminders and client transfer/stand by assistance
• Assisting client with activities of daily living to help increase a client's independence and quality of life

Qualifications:

• Must have active CPR certification
• Experience in personal care related fields, home health and/or hospice (but not limited to)
• Positive and compassionate attitude while working with clients and fellow employees
• Ability to build communicate effectively with patients and family members
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MUST have own transportation to and from worksite
