Help Wanted: Retail Salesperson – Audiolab Stereo & Video Center (Morrisville, PA)

Accepting Part-Time and Full-Time

Audiolab Stereo & Video Center, the region’s premier destination for audio, video, and smart home solutions, is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Retail Salesperson to join our in-store team. Current salespeople average between $2,000 and $3,000 per month in commission plus the hourly rate.

Position: Retail Salesperson
Location: Audiolab Stereo & Video Center – Morrisville, PA
Job Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers in our showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Demonstrate and explain high-performance audio, home theater systems, TVs, and automation solutions
• Provide expert product knowledge and honest recommendations tailored to customer needs
• Prepare quotes and close retail sales with confidence
• Maintain showroom appearance and keep up with product training and trends
• Manage and respond to live chat inquiries on our website, offering real-time assistance to online customers
• Provide accurate information, product suggestions, and schedule appointments or follow-ups through live chat
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

What We're Looking For:

• Retail or customer service experience (audio/video or tech sales a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
• Interest or background in audio, video, or home technology systems
• Comfortable using online chat platforms and typing efficiently in a customer-facing setting
• Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge
• A team player who thrives in a customer-first environment
