TEMP- Executive assistant

We are looking for a strong NY-based Temporary Executive Assistant who can support a busy team with scheduling/calendar management, expenses, and travel arrangements. We need someone to start on 04/13/26.

Requirements:

• Recent Concur experience (expenses + domestic/international travel booking)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to support both senior and junior professionals

• Professional, reliable, highly organized and willing to be in the office 4-5 days as needed

• Strong Microsoft Office and Zoom proficiency
