What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise landscape installation and maintenance projects, ensuring work meets our high standards of quality.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and property owners, building strong, professional relationships.
- Evaluate outdoor spaces and provide knowledgeable recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
- Develop and deliver accurate cost estimates for new and existing projects.
- Manage and coordinate landscaping crews, maintaining productivity and staying on schedule.
- Monitor work quality and proactively address any client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience in landscaping and site supervision (required).
- Solid knowledge of plants, garden design, and landscape maintenance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess landscapes and offer creative, practical improvement ideas.
- Experience in preparing and presenting project estimates.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects efficiently.
