Overnight Security Guard

About Us:

The New Cumberland Resort is an upscale, resort STR community opening in downtown Nashville. We are hiring professional, reliable Security Officers to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol resort grounds, common areas, and parking structures
• Greet guests at our gatehouse and verifying details
• Monitor entrances, guest floors, and amenities
• Respond to incidents and provide guest assistance
• Write clear incident and shift reports
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at all times
• Support a safe, secure environment for guests & staff

Requirements:

• Valid Tennessee Security License (or ability to obtain quickly)
• 2–3 years of security experience (law or military preferred)
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong communication & customer-service skills
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation
