We are hiring licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing agency in Salisbury, MD.
This is a full-time, in-office sales position offering:
- Competitive base salary

Total compensation: $46,000 – $100,000+ per year
An active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required to be considered.

What You’ll Do
- Close inbound insurance leads (home, auto, bundled policies)
- Generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, referrals, and re-quotes
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions that increase protection and premium
- Cross-sell and round accounts to maximize revenue per client
- Follow up consistently to improve close rates and pipeline conversion
- Maintain high daily activity (calls, quotes, and follow-ups)
- Hit and exceed individual sales goals and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (required)
- 1+ year of insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong closing ability and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working leads daily
- Strong communication and computer skills (CRM, quoting systems, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multi-task and manage a pipeline effectively
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
