You will be responsible for providing care and support to residents who may have physical mental or emotional challenges. The duties often include assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and eating. Medication management such as administering medication according to a schedule, keeping accurate records and monitoring for side effects. Meal preparation such as Preparing nutritious meals that accommodate dietary restrictions. Household management such as keeping home clean and safe by performing housekeeping tasks like laundry, cleaning, and maintaining common areas. Show an emotional support such as offering companionship, engaging residents and activities, and promoting a positive, family like environment.
