Day Manager and Baker

We are looking for friendly, outgoing and dependable employees who provide superior customer service, while maintaining a clean, organized and well-run space. Applicants should possess superior customer service skills, be highly organized, capable of working independently and be prepared to work in a variety of capacities including:

- Understanding and learning the shop menu to craft artfully delicious treats with precision, consistency and attention to detail

- Ensure opening, closing and downtime procedures are being executed on shifts worked

- Keeping the overall appearance of the shop in its best condition

- Coaching employees on shifts worked when cleaning or stocking of items are missed or not done correctly

- Ensure shop equipment is kept clean including shake machines and waffle maker

- Flagging to employees when items on opening and closing checklist are not met

- Conducting walk-thru on shifts to ensure opening and closing checklists items are crossed off

- Making list for next shift manager for ‘to do items’ to be addressed

- Operating the soft-serve machine

- Helping manage inventory and flagging when items are low (checklist to be provided)

- Baking shop goods and making custom toppings

- Manage ice cream inventory, clean and sort tubs; teaching staff how to do this
