Job Description:
'13; Overall responsibilities are to implement supports as outline in the individuals’ support plan to accomplishment the desired outcomes
'13; Provide services that are person-centered and encourage age appropriateness
'13; Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and shows respect and dignity for individuals served
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
'13; Be familiar with behavior modification principles and alternative techniques in working with individuals that have developmental disabilities and/or have the ability to be trained and demonstrate these skills within the first six weeks of employment;
'13; Must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills;
'13; Ability to be trained in documentation formats for record keeping;
'13; Ability to get along with clients and peers;
