Tire Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, balance, and replace tires on a variety of vehicles to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

• Mount and dismount tires using proper equipment and techniques.

• Perform tire repairs, including patching punctures and fixing leaks.

• Operate tire changers, wheel balancers, power tools, and jacks safely and efficiently.

• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and other safety concerns, and communicate findings to customers or team members.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company and industry safety protocols.

• Provide occasional roadside assistance when needed.

• Assist with basic customer service tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Ability to self-motivate and work independently.

• Strong customer service and communication skills. Bilingual abilities would be helpful.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

• Reliability and commitment to workplace safety.
