Administrative Assistant

Forbes & Company is an established and growing accounting firm located in Alpharetta, GA. We provide tax, consulting, bookkeeping, and payroll services to businesses of all sizes and industries.

Our firm is looking for our next great team member to fill a part-time Administrative Assistant role. The position collaborates with our Office Manager to support our clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

· 20-25 hours per week expected at our office (Avalon), 3 days per week. The time window can be flexible to accommodate your schedule but should be consistent.

· Greet and assist onsite clients

· Answer inbound telephone calls and return messages

· Follow organized system processes

· Perform scanning and organization of client papers

· Perform all other office tasks

· Work smoothly alongside our Office Manager

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in office administration or other related fields a plus, but not required

· Comfortable interacting with clients in a professional, friendly, and articulate manner in writing, via phone, email, and in person

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills​

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

· Willing and able to train in office client management system software
