Trainee/Experienced Auto Glass Technician

We are seeking a Trainee and/or Experienced Auto Glass Technician to join our team. This role involves installing and repairing auto glass, ensuring safety standards, and delivering quality customer service. The position offers on-the-job training for career growth and requires regular travel within the service region during standard work hours.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass and windshields accurately and efficiently
• Perform windshield repairs to restore vehicle safety
• Ensure adherence to all safety compliance standards
• Interact professionally with customers to address their needs
• Apply adhesives correctly for secure glass installation
• Prepare vehicles appropriately before installation or repair
• Pay based on experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Clean drivers license a must
• Open to entry level and experienced candidates
• Strong customer service skills
