Restaurant Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and help lead our front- and back-of-house teams. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accountability, and is passionate about guest service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant and lounge operations
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to maintain high service standards
• Ensure an excellent guest experience and promptly resolve concerns
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor efficiency
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Work closely with ownership and management to drive sales and profitability
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required (high-volume preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and basic financials
• Comfortable working evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food safety certification preferred
