Warehouse General Laborer

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable General Labor associates with strong attention to detail and prior experience in warehouse or production environments. Candidates with previous quality control experience are highly preferred. This role supports daily production, material handling, and basic inspection tasks to ensure products meet company standards. Individuals must be able to work independently, follow instructions accurately, and maintain a consistent work ethic throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

General Labor Duties

• Perform material handling, basic assembly, and production support tasks

• Safely use hand tools and power tools

• Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company guidelines

• Complete tasks independently with minimal supervision

• Support additional duties as assigned by supervisors or leads

Quality Control Responsibilities

• Inspect materials, components, and finished products for defects or inconsistencies

• Verify measurements, counts, and product specifications

• Document inspection results accurately and report issues to leads or supervisors

• Identify and separate defective or non‐conforming products

• Follow established QC procedures and maintain compliance with company standards

• Communicate quality concerns promptly to ensure production accuracy

• Assist with basic rework or correction tasks when needed

Requirements

• Prior warehouse general labor experience required

• Previous quality control or inspection experience strongly preferred

• Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks

• Comfortable using tape measures and basic measurement tools

• Able to safely operate power tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Must be able to work full‐time

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to lift, bend, and move materials as needed

Work Environment

• Fast‐paced warehouse or production setting

• Repetitive tasks and physical activity throughout the shift

• Exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
