Shift Leader

The shift leader sets the tonefor the store. At our Social Circle location, the Shift Leader leaves their shift better than they found it. We're looking for someone who takes pride in treating people the right way, and cultivating a fun productive atmosphere!

What you'll do

• Jump in wherever needed — on bar, on food, or wherever the team needs support
• Communicate any issues, needs, or wins to the opening team so nothing falls through the cracks
• Keep customers happy right up to the last order of the day — no one gets a rushed experience on your watch

What we're looking for

• Prior café, bakery, or food service experience — leadership experience is a big plus (not required but helps!)
• Someone who is self-directed and doesn't need to be micromanaged at the end of a shift
• Detail-oriented — you notice the little things and take care of them without being asked
• Dependable closer: you show up, you finish strong, and you lock up right
• Cool under pressure when the end-of-day rush hits at the worst time
• A team-first attitude — you lift others up and hold the standard without making it feel
