Laser Hair Removal Technician (PRN / As-Needed)
Job Description
The Role
We are looking for a skilled, motivated Laser Hair Removal Technician to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. Current schedule is the 2nd Saturday of each month, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with strong potential to add sessions as client demand grows. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced tech who wants a reliable recurring shift, a professional medical environment, and the ability to earn more by selling results — not just showing up.
Compensation Structure
You earn a guaranteed $150 base per session — regardless of client volume — plus a 10% commission on every LHR package you sell during your shift. A motivated tech who converts consultations into packages will consistently earn $300–$500+ per Saturday. Your hustle directly determines your take-home.
What You'll Do
Perform safe, effective laser hair removal treatments on the Alma Soprano Titanium system, conduct client consultations and skin assessments prior to treatment, educate clients on treatment plans and present package options, document treatments accurately in accordance with clinic protocols, provide thorough pre- and post-care instructions, and maintain equipment cleanliness and treatment room readiness.
What We're Looking For
- Active Georgia Esthetics License or applicable clinical license (RN, LPN, NP, PA)
- Laser hair removal certification from an accredited program
- Experience with diode laser systems — Soprano Titanium experience strongly preferred
- Confident, professional consultative communication style — you know how to present a package without being pushy
- Reliable, punctual, and self-directed
- Comfortable working in a medical practice environment
