Anthony & Son is looking for an experienced, dependable, and friendly full-time counter person to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders accurately using our POS system
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Prepare coffee and espresso drinks
- Answer customer questions and have a strong knowledge of our menu
- Keep the front counter clean, organized, and stocked
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Previous deli, café, or restaurant counter experience is required
- Experience using a POS system
- Comfortable handling cash transactions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask during busy hours
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Must be available to work full-time, including weekends when needed
