Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced prep/line cook to join our team specifically look for days shifts

Responsibilities

• Assist lead cook with basic cooking and kitchen task Examples (plating food, putting food in broiler, stocking line, portioning)
• prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and standards
• properly label and store food items in cooler
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized prep area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience as line/prep cook
• Strong knife skills and basic cooking knowledge techniques
• ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
• Must be DEPENDABLE
