Fulfillment Specialist

8am-6pm Monday-Friday 1rst shift

6pm-2:30pm Monday -Friday 2nd shift

.Job Description:

Work quickly and safely to handle products in our warehouse. This includes Process Inventory
Fulfillment, Inquiry Fulfillment, Custom Kit Assembly, and/or receipt of inventory in compliance
with all Iron Mountain procedures and standards.

%CF; Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all duties
%CF; Clearly and accurately recording information on documents and in software applications
%CF; Regularly lifting and carrying items that weigh 35-40 pounds and occasionally up to 51 lbs. This sometimes is at shoulder height.
%CF; Operating small machines including pallet jacks, scales, folders, inserters, cutters, binders, etc
%CF; Using tools including box cutters, tape guns and dispensers, staplers, etc
%CF; Loading, unloading, and pushing/pulling a cart or pallet (with jack) weighing up to 1500 lbs
%CF; Stuffing and sealing envelopes, building boxes, collating material, inserting material, and preparing material for shipment
%CF; Performs all other duties as assigned
%CF; Anticipates problems, catches errors, and takes action to complete tasks accurately and on time as well as communities on ways to improve quality and productivity

Qualifications:

%CF; Physical strength and stamina, as you may be required to move objects from one place to another as well endurance as sometimes you will walk/stand for up to 8 hours
%CF; Reading, understanding, and following written and verbal instructions
%CF; Attention to detail for reading orders, finding the right items, and following order instruction
%CF; Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
