We are seeking a Sales And Marketing Representative to join our team!
Position will be 16-24 hours per week. Based on event schedules and work flow a few hours per week may be done remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Grow rental revenue with new and existing guests
- Attend Events and Monthly meetings with Visitors Bureau
- Create and distribute marketing materials to potential groups
- Give tours of property and prepare quotes for potential groups
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Update social media accounts and follow up on online customer reviews
- Organize client correspondence and paperwork
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, advertisement, or other related field
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
