Growing trucking company looking for an HR Recruiter Manager to lead driver hiring and keep our trucks staffed.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle driver recruiting — sourcing, screening, hiring
Post and manage job ads across platforms and job boards
Verify CDLs, MVRs, PSP reports, and employment history
Coordinate pre-employment drug testing and orientation
Maintain hiring pipeline and driver retention efforts
Handle onboarding paperwork and HR records
Requirements:
2+ years in driver recruiting or trucking HR — required
Knowledge of DOT hiring requirements and DQ file basics
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with [Tenstreet or similar ATS] a plus
