Quality Control Inspector (Harness and Cables)

Job Title: Quality Control Inspector – Level I
Location: Longwood, FL
Pay Rate:$19.00+/hr (DOE)
Hours: Mon-Thurs: 7:00AM-4:00PM, Friday: 7:00AM – 1:00PM

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and work instructions

• Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

• Basic math and computer/data entry skills

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a production environment

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector – Level I to support inspection and testing processes in a manufacturing environment. The Quality Control Inspector – Level I will ensure products meet engineering specifications and quality standards while maintaining accurate documentation and traceability.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications

• Identify and document non-conformances and report discrepancies

• Perform visual inspections and basic electrical testing (continuity/resistance)

• Record inspection results, traceability data, and production metrics

• Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances

• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure accuracy

• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

• Track job progress and maintain accurate logs
