We are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine and clinical duties to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Full Time position with medical benefits. Monday-Friday. Must have own transportation. Will be responsible for opening office.
Responsibilities:
Front Office duties
- Phones, Scheduling, filing, faxing
- Confirmation of appointments
- Intake prior to appointments
- Input patient demographics
- Enter patient encounters (will train)
- Medical records
- Perform EKG
- PHLEBOTOMY-WE DRAW LABS DAILY AND SEND OUT TO LABORATORY
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Own transportation
- Phlebotomy (Draw blood)
- Friendly, works well with others
