Member Service Representstive

Credit Union in search of Member Service Rep. Must have cash handling and customer service experience. M-S hours. Member Service Representative Members Source Credit Union, a growing financial institution with over $90 million in assets, has an opportunity for a Member Service Representative to join our team. This position is expected to work 25-40 hours a week including at least one Saturday a month. Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: • Administrative duties as assigned • Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed • Promote increased usage of credit union products and services • Assist members with transactions and provide excellent member service Qualifications include: • High School diploma/GED • Strong communication skills • Basic math skills required • Cash handling experience.
