We're a small, tight-knit crew that does basement and foundation repair across the Fond du Lac area. We take pride in quality work, attention to detail, and reliability. What you'll do
- Looking to fill a position on our residential, excavating & concrete crew
- Work alongside experienced crew members on concrete & excavating projects
- Operate skid loader
- Assist with excavation
- Assist with concrete forming and pouring
- Learn and apply our repair system (full training provided)
- Drive light duty trucks to job sites in a company vehicle (clean driving record required)
Who we're looking for. We can't teach dependability or a good attitude. Those have to come with you.
- Shows up on time, every day, ready to work
- Trustworthy — we work inside people's homes
- Positive attitude; works well with a small team
- Can read a tape measure and has basic construction experience
- Able to lift 60 lbs and work in tight spaces
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
