Construction Administrative Assistant w/ Minimum 5 Years of Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Administrative Assistant with 5+ years of construction administration experience to join our team. This role requires strong knowledge of construction workflows, documentation, and communication in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented office-environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage proposals, RFIs, submittals, estimates
• Coordinate communication between office staff and field supervisors
• Execute purchase orders, change orders, and contracts
• Upload plans and manage project documents through PlanGrid / Autodesk
• Handle AIA contracts and maintain accurate project files
• Manage Dropbox file organization within the company
• Support owners and leadership with administrative and project tasks

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years in a construction administrative role
• Strong understanding of construction administrative processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with PlanGrid / Autodesk, AIA docs, and Dropbox
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, punctual, and detail‐oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and as part of a team
• Professional, confidential, and dependable
• Willing to “roll up your sleeves” and support wherever needed
