Elevation Global is seeking outgoing, motivated, and dependable individuals to join our Austin team as Customer Sales Associates.
This is a full-time, in-person sales and customer engagement position for individuals who enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and working in an energetic team environment.
As a Customer Sales Associate, you'll interact directly with customers while representing established client brands. You'll learn how to identify customer needs, explain products and services, answer questions, recommend solutions, and assist with customer acquisition and enrollment.
No previous sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.
If you're confident communicating with people and willing to learn, we'll provide the training and coaching needed to develop your sales and customer engagement skills.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers face-to-face in a friendly and professional manner
- Start conversations and build rapport with potential customers
- Ask questions to better understand individual customer needs
- Explain client products, services, promotions, and available options
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Support sales, customer acquisition, and enrollment
- Answer questions and provide accurate product information
- Represent client brands professionally
- Work with your team toward daily performance objectives
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
- Develop stronger communication, sales, and leadership skills

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers

- Reliable transportation
- Available for full-time, in-person work in Austin
Customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, promotions, or other people-focused environments can transfer well into this opportunity.
