Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher

What You'll Do:
As an educator at BEEP, you’ll create a nurturing, play-based learning environment that supports every aspect of a child’s development- spiritual, emotional, intellectual, physical, and social. You’ll have the opportunity to guide children as they explore, grow, and discover God’s love in a safe and engaging classroom setting.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

Inspire Growth - Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and learning through play.
Foster Faith - Incorporate Bible stories, prayer, and worship into daily routines to nurture children’s spiritual growth.
Create a Safe Space - Maintain a loving, structured environment where children feel secure, welcomed, and ready to learn.
Partner with Families - Build strong, respectful relationships with families, sharing updates and supporting learning at home.
Observe & Support - Track developmental milestones, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with leadership and parents.
Be a Team Player - Collaborate with fellow educators to uphold our mission and create a vibrant, connected school community.
