Concrete Coating Installer

Ready to build floors that wow clients and last for years? We’re looking for a motivated Epoxy Floor Installer to join our growing team in Bethel, PA. If you’re reliable, detail‐oriented, and enjoy hands‐on work, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Prep Concrete Surfaces — grinding, patching, cleaning
• Mix Epoxy Materials with accuracy
• Install Coating Systems — primers, base coats, flakes, metallics, topcoats
• Operate grinders, vacuums, and hand tools
• Deliver clean, professional finishes every time

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in epoxy, coatings, or construction (we’ll train the right person)
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work on your feet
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
