Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Technician to join our team. This role involves operating cleaning and restoration equipment, assessing job sites, communicating with customers, and completing services efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet, tile, upholstery, and floor cleaning services
• Respond to water damage, flood, and restoration jobs
• Set up and operate cleaning and extraction equipment
• Inspect job sites and determine appropriate cleaning/restoration methods
• Move and protect furniture and customer belongings
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Document work completed and communicate with customers clearly
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Participate in on-call emergency restoration rotations when needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in carpet cleaning, restoration, construction, or related fields preferred but not required
• IICRC certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
