Janitor

We are hiring dependable and detailed-oriented commercial Janitorial teachnicians to join our growing cleaning team. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in commercial buildings, offices, and facilities.

We are looking for individauls who take pride in their work and consistent , and can follow cleaning standards without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

Sweep, mop and vacuum floors

Clean and sanitize restooms and break areas

Empty trash and replace liners

Follow cleaning checklist and safety procedures

Etc........

Requirement

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred ( will train the right candidate)

Reliable transportation is required

ability to work independently and stay on task

attention to detailed and consistency

ability to lift 20 to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks

Must be dependable and punctual

schedule

Part-time / Full-time available

Morning,Evening and/or late night

Some weekends availability may be requried

Pay

$ 17-$22 per hour ( based on experience )

Or

Per building /Contract-based pay available for experience cleaners
