Insurance Sales Representative

The Ricardo Garza Agency with Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for driven individuals who enjoy sales, helping people, and building long-term client relationships. As well as building toward advancement in their insurance career. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will focus on generating new business, cross-selling existing clients, and helping customers protect what matters most through customized insurance solutions. Responsibilities

• Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and marketing
• Build relationships with clients and identify insurance needs
• Quote and sell auto, home, life, renters, and commercial insurance products
• Cross-sell current customers for additional coverage opportunities
• Follow up on leads and maintain pipeline activity
• Provide excellent customer service and retention support
• Meet monthly sales goals and performance targets
• Participate in training and professional development

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, automotive, B2B, phone sales, etc.)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Coachable with a positive attitude
• Competitive mindset
• Property & Casualty License Required (Reimbursement Available)
• Life & Health License Required (Reimbursement Available)
