Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming service requests.

• Coordinate and schedule service calls, ensuring technicians are dispatched efficiently.

• Communicate with clients regarding service status, updates, and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate records of service work orders and technician reports.

• Support billing and administrative processes related to service work.

• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in service coordination, dispatching, or administrative support preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) or similar software; experience with scheduling software is a plus.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
