Who We Are:
Philly Pretzel Factory is a niche bakery that serves fresh pretzels to our community all day, every day. The retail store front is open to the public for direct sales and catering orders. We also offer bulk and wholesale orders for schools, businesses, and non-profits.

Your role on our team:

Be a fun, energetic, and outgoing person who enjoys engaging with new and repeat customers. Share positive energy with all Team Members to support our culture of brotherly love and community engagement.

• Greet our customers in a positive manner, cultivating a sense of community with everyone we serve
• Mix dough, twist pretzels, prep pretzel products, bake pretzels
• Sell pretzel products on site and off site. Be an ambassador for our products within the community
• Always provide excellent customer service
• Accomplish daily task lists effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Present a clean, neat, and professional image
• Ensure the location is presentable and ready to serve at all times

What we are looking for in an ideal candidate:

• 18 years or older
• GREAT customer service
• Open Availability to schedule from 7am to 8pm regularly during the week and on the weekends.
• You are able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Perfect Attendance
• Competitive and Compassionate nature
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Starting pay based on experience and current certifications. Performance Review at 90 days with pay adjustment based on the value you bring to the store. 5-25 hours per week. Opportunity to work events for additional pay. Opportunity to earn commission on accounts you bring in. Pooled tips.

Schedule: This is a retail business that is busiest weekends and holidays. We also do events off site for visibility and direct sales.
