  • Preparing high-quality sushi, sashimi, and other menu items, while maintaining he highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • This position requires exceptional knife skills, attention to detail, creativity and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ensure all seafood, rice, vegetables and other ingredients are fresh, properly stored and handled.
  • Previous Sushi Chef experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
