About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Construct, repair, and maintain brick structures, including walls, foundations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Mix mortar and other materials to ensure optimal adhesion and durability.
- Utilize various tools and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency.
- · Mix cement and mortar.
· Lay Foundations.
· Texture and polish bricks and blocks.
· Install dressed brick and blocks.
· Restore damaged bricks and blocks.
· Assist in building layout.
· Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic construction tasks.
· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
· Train apprentices in masonry skills.
· Must have own transportation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Brick Mason or similar role in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license or valid picture ID, reliable transportation a must.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
