Schedule
- Part-Time transitioning to Full-Time
- Office Hours:
- Tuesdays: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Thursdays: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Additional hours may become available as the practice continues to grow
- Present large dental implant and comprehensive treatment plans to patients
- Educate patients on treatment options, financing, and scheduling
- Build rapport and maintain strong patient relationships
- Coordinate treatment sequencing and follow-up
- Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Track case acceptance and patient communication
- Assist with insurance verification and financing coordination as needed
- Minimum 2 years of dental treatment coordinating experience required
- Must have experience presenting large treatment plans and implant cases
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures
- Experience with case acceptance and patient financing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Experience with dental software systems preferred
- Implant dentistry
